Dibucell Active Exudate의 대상:
DibuCell Active Exudate은 exudation이 많은 만성 상처 및 궤양 환자에게 권장됩니다. 이 드레싱은 상처 치유 과정을 지원합니다. 이 제품을 사용하면 통증과 상처의 외상을 줄이고 탁월한 사용감을 보장합니다. 드레싱은 천연의 혁신적인 biopolymer인 DIBUSHIELD PRO-HEAL ™로 만들어졌습니다.

Dibucell Active Exudate은 조직 재생을 위한 발판을 제공하여 상처 치유를 가속화합니다. 드레싱은 교체할 필요가 없으며, enzymes (enzymatic degradation)의 영향으로 상처 환경을 자연적으로 분해한 후 새 드레싱을 적용합니다. 이러한 방식으로 환자의 통증과 불편함을 없애고 새로 형성된 조직의 외상을 예방합니다. 분해 시간은 exudate의 양에 따라 다릅니다. 상처 exudate이 감소하면 DibuCell Active Exudate을 DibuCell Active로 교체합니다.

Application:
드레싱은 눈에 보이는 감염이 없는 exudative 및 granulation phase의 다음 유형의 상처에 사용하기 위한 것입니다.

• flat and shallow ulcers, skin lesions, traumatic wounds, burns, 2nd-4th degree pressure ulcers (damage to the full thickness of the skin to the subcutaneous tissue)
• flat and shallow wounds in the course of the diabetic foot – places after tissue removal for transplant in compression therapy, to be applied under an elastic bandage.
